Partnerë për Fëmijët works with and for youth to empower , enable participation, promotes decision making and activism through :
- Assistance and support to youth, NEET unemployed adults, returnees and potential migrants on: higher education; vocational education training; employment opportunities; careers; regular migration; government training or employment schemes.
- Improving access to reachable services for young people, including NEET, women, persons with disabilities, returnees to access employment services, civil status services including receipt of online documents, VET and professional training, Life and employability skills such as networking, job search techniques, CV and cover letter writing, and interviewing
- Strengthen capacities and provided youth workers tools specifically aimed at strengthening the social and financial competencies of youth, for building further necessary skills for entrepreneurial initiative and active democratic participation of young people, especially those with fewer opportunities.
- Support and contribute on enhancing the understanding and partnership between young people from northern Albania and southern Serbia through initiating peer to peer projects, activism and social inclusion. The project included a minimum of 80 youth aged between 15 and 30 years old from north east Albania and south Serbia.
